Red songtaew are available at JJ market, Lotus Kamthieng, Mee Chok Plaza, Carrefour, Makro, Big C, Global House shop, Lotus Hang Dong, Central Airport Plaza, Cherg Doi Market, Kad Suan Kaew department store, Hang Kaew, North Chiang Mai University and Kad Farang. The red songtaew will charge passengers 15-25 baht each depending on the distance to the site. Visitors can park their vehicles at these above areas and use the service to get to the site.
